Netty channel handler that intercepts MCP (Model Context Protocol) requests on the TCP (HTTP/1.1 and HTTP/2) path.

All MCP protocol logic (JSON-RPC parsing, session management, tool/resource dispatch) is delegated to the transport-neutral McpRequestProcessor. This handler is responsible only for the Netty HTTP/1.1 framing: reading FullHttpRequest, writing FullHttpResponse, CORS, and control-plane authentication.
